Experience is Key!

Eating disorders require highly specialized training due to their complexity. I completed a two-year post-doctoral residency at the renowned Renfrew Center in Philadelphia, gaining extensive experience treating all eating disorders among diverse age groups and severity levels. Additionally, during my internship at the Caron Foundation, I developed expertise in managing co-occurring substance abuse and eating disorders.

Since 2011, I have run a private practice specializing in eating disorders, continuously enhancing my expertise with the latest research and clinical practices. Many experts support my belief that therapists with significant experience in structured clinical settings are fully equipped to handle the intricate needs of eating disorder patients. Effective treatment requires precise assessment of the disorder’s severity, comprehensive care coordination with medical professionals, and tailored therapeutic strategies.
