The Cost Of Treatment
As a private practice therapist, I offer a straightforward financial arrangement without the hassle of dealing with insurance companies directly. I am an out-of-network provider, which means while I do not bill insurance directly, many clients receive substantial reimbursements by submitting my invoices to their insurance.

$300 Intake
The intake appointment is our first step in working together, where we'll gather important background information and start developing a strong, trusting relationship. It's an opportunity for me to understand your unique needs and goals, and for you to ask questions and feel comfortable moving forward.
$275 One Hour Session
Regular therapy sessions last about 50 minutes and provide a safe, supportive space for us to explore your thoughts, feelings, and progress. Each session is tailored to your needs, offering practical tools and insights as we work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
Insurance and Billing
I provide monthly superbills for insurance reimbursement, and more frequent issuance is available upon request. To understand your out-of-network benefits, contact your insurance provider and inquire about:
Out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health.
The deductible for outpatient mental health services, whether any of it has been met this year, and what your co-insurance costs would be per session after meeting your deductible.
A referral from an in-network provider is necessary to see an out-of-network therapist.
Coverage amounts and rates for CPT codes 90791 (initial evaluation), 90834, and 90837 (psychotherapy sessions).
Eligibility for telehealth services.
I can guide you through the procedures for submitting claims for out-of-network services. This involves providing the necessary documentation, such as the superbills I issue, to your insurance company for reimbursement.
The expected reimbursement amount for a session is $275.
